112 Eatery

Saturday, December 5

Carolyn, Jessi, Sarah and I had dinner at the 112 Eatery in Downtown Minneapolis. It was super fun! I had not been there before and had always heard only good things about the place.  We weren't able to get reservations but Sarah was told if we arrive right when they open there should be room. The restaurant filled up very quickly. I was able to meter park right in front of the resturant.  Score!

We split sea scallops with oyster mushrooms as an appetizer. Jessi and Sarah both had the 112 Cheeseburger and pan fried- gnocchi with parmesan reggiano as a side. Carolyn and I both had Bacon, Egg and Harissa Sandwich and split an (huge!) order of French Fries.
Harissa is a spicy red pepper spread- we had to ask what it was! We're such foodies!

The food was awesome and I felt pretty cool being Downtown on a Saturday night! And of course great fun to spend time with friends!!
