Gingerbread House and Holidazzle

Saturday we went to Burroughs School to decorate a Gingerbread House. It was an event put on by Minneapolis ECFE. We started our ECFE class 2 weeks ago- the first day my camera had a dead battery. The second week Kathryn reminded me we needed to take a picture at school by the pillows- unfortunately I forgot to take the 2nd day of school picture until the end.

The girls are wiped out! Kathryn is happy to be back at school with new friends and her teacher Miss Janet. Eleanor seems to have adjusted just fine to the separating part of the morning and thanks to my little spy Kathryn I know Eleanor's happy and having fun!

THE FINAL PRODUCT!!!
We had a very fun morning working on our house and snacking on candy!

Saturday night we went to the Holidazzle Parade!
The temperature said 27 so we figured it probably won't get any warmer next week.  We scored a super-close free parking spot and enjoyed some warm drinks from Starbucks.  The Grand Marshall was none other then America's HOTTEST Mayor --- RT! The girls had a great time- Kathryn sat curbside with some new parade friends and Eleanor was really into watching the lights.
We had a fun night downtown!
