MOA all day

The girls have some days off for Chinese New Year. We had some wristbands to use- we were there from 10-2:30 then 5-8:30! That’s a lot of rides especially when it’s pretty much empty!

Tommy turned 39 yesterday. He requested spaghetti for dinner. I surprised him by inviting 3 of his coworkers and their families over for dinner. He suspected someone was coming over after seeing pasta for 20 and a house a bit too clean for a Thursday night. It was fun having them over. We always talk about it so it was great to finally get together.

Jello creation contest

We won the jello contest! Second year!

Kathryn’s selling Girl Scout cookies! Let her know if you want any— her troop is amazing- so many adventures and activities. She really enjoys it all! Back in December she went to a winter camp out.  They did sleep inside but cooked and ate all their meals outside.

This is from Saturday- selling at Longfellow Market.

More Super Bowl Live!

Saturday afternoon we met up with Frank and Christine at Parkway Pizza. Then we alll went Downtown. My dad recommended the Target Bullseye Lodge- it was so impressive and fun! Playing fooseball at parkway will never be as fun as the life size fooseball! Hopefully the girls remember some of this crazy week- all the late nights and early mornings!

The Today Show

On Friday before school we went downtown to spend some time with Al Roker! It was also dress like a famous person day at school.

Kite Festival and art shanty’s

This is the second visit to the art shanty’s and I think there will be one more. So many things to see. The kites were great. I think we need to invest in a real kite for next year. Tommy and the girls went to lk nokomis yesterday for the pond hockey games, then El Loro for late lunch/early dinner. A low key Sunday.
