On Friday night Tommy picked up some sushi and beautiful tulips from Kowalski's and earlier in day I'd picked up Pepitos chips and salsa. We had some sparkling wine and enjoyed our unplanned romantic dinner and then watched Monk! A very nice Friday night.
I've been obsessed with sushi lately. I want to eat it all the time!
On Valentine's Day Tom and Erin came over after Kathryn's music class bearing donuts. Later in the day Jim and Mary came over and my dad picked up some chicken and a variety of pasta salads from Kowalski's. That night we watched Get Smart. A very nice and low-key Valentines Day.
On Sunday we went to the Childrens Museum for their free day. I'v never seen it so busy. Minnesota loves Clifford. Then we met my parents and Travis and Heather for lunch. We planned on eating at Pop but it's closed on Sundays and then we tried Great Water Brewery but it didn't open until noon. Who knew it was so hard to eat in St. Paul on a weekend? My dad got a new camera and some great shots of Eleanor- so I'll have to get copies later. I didn't realize how few pictures I took over the weekend. I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day!!!
