Yesterday was very eventful (compared to the usual anyway) Tommy's friend Alan started to take down our tree. It's so sad!!! And such a huge tree. But because of the weather they had to quit and went to see Mission Impossible instead. In the mean time Mary and I went CRIB shopping. Who knew?!? It's a crazy crib world. I just want plain and simple with plain and simple pieces to match- apparently that is not really an option. So we're going to go back out into the baby store insanity again next week. So instead I bought a new washer and dryer! A very random impulse buy- but we really need it. Then National Night Out- it was held right in front of our house so our attendance was pretty much mandatory! We stayed out during the downpours, ate, chatted with the neighbors, and even won some Twins tickets.
