Keep Austin Weird

We've been sick on and off for about a month- like Maddie says "my nose not working." One of the last things I remember tasting was Torchy's Tacos in Austin. Eleanor is nuts about beans so the girls had bean and cheese tacos. Tommy and I split 3 tacos including the one pictured called the rosco- it had  a waffle, fried egg and bacon. Personally I preferred the more traditional tacos! It was all so good. We all split the green chile queso dip. It might be the best dip I ever tasted. If you're ever in Austin check it out! I think we will try more food trucks this summer- any recommendations???
