Omaha, NE

On Friday August 27 we drove down to Omaha to see Tom, Karine and Zeke for the weekend. They've been back in the U.S. for a couple of months after spending two years teaching in Honduras and have decided to make Nebraska home.

I took one picture the entire weekend. What the heck? I take pictures of my morning toast and mid-day Diet Coke. Oh well- I suppose it's good to be apart of the action instead of watching it? And action there was....pizza, swimming, golfing (T&T), Bronco burgers, parks, sight seeing, fancy pork dinners with mushrooms and wild rice, Perkins, Winter Quarters, and that Bridge to Nowhere! Not to mention the laughing, chatting and children chasing.

We had a great time- it was an easy drive to the Middle of America- and we look forward to a return trip to meet their twin babies due in a few weeks.
