We grilled chicken fajitas for the first time. How can that be? I can't believe what we've been missing for so long. IT WAS DELISH!!! This is the marinade I used. (I think Tommy liked the part when we walked in from work and was immediately greeted with a beer.) We grilled the chicken, green and red pepper and a red onion, and then added cheese, black beans, sour cream and guacamole. Next time Tommy will have to make his yummy tortillas to go with instead of the store bought kind. And YES there will be a next time.
