{On the endless bridge- 34 1/2 weeks}
Last night Tommy and I ate dinner at Sea Change- it's in the Guthrie Theater. It was a gift from the Ps (that and the babysitting.) A couple of weeks ago we saw Macbeth and weren't able to get reservations there so we ate at Pop instead. So last night was part 2 of our date!
We ordered the pork pot stickers with ponzu (citrus sauce) to start, and then split the Crisp Skinned Artic Char with White Bean and Artichoke Giardiniera and the Bouillabaisse. The food was delicious! It might be the fanciest dinner we've ever had out - or at least the nicest in a while. Sea Change focuses on "sustainable seafood, highlighting fisheries that use environmentally responsible methods of gathering and farming seafood."
According to Wikipedia: .
Sea change or seachange is an idiom for broad transformation drawn from a phrase in the song "Full fathom five" in Shakespeare's The Tempest, and connotes a transformation.
Oh, those folks at the Guthrie are clever.
{warm breeze}
Before dinner we walked along the river and hung out a bit on the endless bridge. The weather was beautiful- nothing better then a warm breeze! A very fun night out together!!!!!
