We've had a very sad day. Kathryn fell and it was bad. So bad she lost a tooth. Kathryn is fine. She laughed and talked in the car as we rushed to the dentist. If a tooth was to come out hers was perfect. Her adult tooth will probably come in earlier. Her speech should be okay as she has one tooth to roll her tongue off. We're pretty upset about it. It was my fault I was watching her. Afterwards, Kathryn was delighted with her dinner of cinnamon oatmeal, vanilla yogurt, and applesauce.

The Tooth Fairy emailed me and thinks it's best to hold off putting the tooth under the pillow for a couple of years. Instead she wants us to do something fun tomorrow like going to the park and having a scoop of ice cream. Maybe buy a special new toy or book.

And as for Halloween I might nix the ladybug idea and go for hockey player as Kathryn has the hair and the smile.

I'm so sorry this happened to my beautiful baby.

First Day of School

Kathryn had her class last Friday morning- Nature Baby at our neighborhood school. This is her first official class other then Baby Book Club AKA lapsit story time at the library. It was a fun time- the theme was bugs! She seemed to really like her teacher- which was very cute. About halfway through Kathryn did leave the building and ran out to the playground- I considered it recess rather then truancy!

Chrissy's SURPRISE Party

Friday night Tom threw his lovely wife Chrissy a surprise party at Kierans! I think she was very surprised- a very fun night.

Father's Day

For Father's Day- Tommy wanted to have BoDids and a SJU walk. It was a beautiful day for our hike- too cold to swim though. Kathryn walked a lot on the way to the chapel so it took a while! She's really passionate about rock collecting. I think Tommy had a great day with his girl!!!

Sorry about the blog randomness- I'm diligently working on our California scrapbook. I want to give Laura back all her supplies I'm holding hostage!!!!

Sarah and Jeremy!!!

Memorial Day Weekend was Jeremy and Sarah's wedding!!! Tommy loved his position of power as head usher. It was a very beautiful evening with our friends!!! Best wishes to the couple!!!

Her Newest Trick

Today we were at Centennial Lakes for a concert and Kathryn really wanted to go inside the building. She was pointing, pushing, pulling and eventually looked up and went straight to the button, pushed it and walked into the building quite content with herself. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life.
