Five of Kathryn's friends all have November birthdays and we figured Kathryn's close enough so we had a party at Chuck E Cheese in Maple Grove. It was great -- the girls ate veggie pizza and cake and played and played and played. Everyone brought one present so each girl left with one gift. She got a baby doll which is perfect because she's way into talking about and taking care of babies right now. Kathryn did get upset during the Happy Birthday song, but even that was very cute. I think she might have seen the huge rat- Chuck E. - she's petrified of characters in costumes and face masks so we do our best to avoid them. A great early party with some of her 2 year old BFFs!!!
