I've read 44 and I'm pretty sure another 15 of them are in my house. A few of their selections count as double dipping though: both 'The Chronicles of Narnia' and 'The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe' or complete works of Shakespeare and 'Hamlet'.

Have you heard of GoodReads? It's a website to keep track of what you have read and what you want to read, and there is a sort of facebook-type component to it so you could get suggestions from friends. For a long time I tried to do this myself on scraps of paper--but GoodReads works much better!
