great weekend PLUS monday & tuesday

On Friday we went to Cafe Maude with Jeremy and Sarah. I knew it would be cool but then I found out Joey Van P. plays there! So we must be happening, right?!?!? Anyway I've been very excited to check it out- mussels, tuna, lamb, fries....SO GOOD. I can't wait to go back! Big thanks to Jess and Joe for watching Kathryn during date night!




Then Saturday morning we checked out our new SUPER TARGET. And we have 2- Edina AND Richfield! (Thank goodness for Sophia or I'd probably be a horrible SAHM and shop all the time and we'd be broke because of ST) I've been there 3 times sinse they opened--that's really not OK!!!

After that fun we went to an Apple Orchard with Mike and Jessi and their girls--- could Abby be any sweeter and Anna any cuter????? I have a feeling Anna and Kathryn have MANY a playdate in their future!





On the way home a lost a contact- that's always a bummer especially when you're at Fleet Farm. The toys there are less expensive then Target. I'm starting to look for Christmas and Kathryn's birthday.

On Sunday I attempted a pork roast in the crockpot. I think it turned out OK. Saturday night TP and I made a pumpkin cheesecake- I didn't love it in the end BUT it was so fun to make it with Tommy and our lack of tools!!! Anyway I know Tommy was very happy to hang out with his pops and sis and Chris for the big game! We had a great Sunday Dinner! Apple cider- YUM!



Today we went to MOA for Toddler Tuesday. It's fun to see all the other kids and enjoy the entertainment. I've been very busy sorting pictures and working on the basement. Tommy's new windows down there look great so I've been inspired to clean it up! Next stop MEA!!!
